Shipping Pallets of Temperature Controlled Products? Re-use your shipping materials, don’t discard them.

R3 - Black-2-1

Please join us for a webinar on Tuesday, December 15th at 10:00am Eastern time and learn more from William Boulay, Cryopak’s Maromme, France Site Director and subject matter expert on the topic of Reusing, Reducing and Recycling the shipping components of pallets containing temperature-controlled products for the pharma industry.

Description

Shipping temperature sensitive and temperature-controlled pharma products on pallets is a well-established practice. Historically, the most common way is for the product owner to purchase all of the shipping materials (crates, boxes, pallets), package and ship the materials to their destination, where the  company on the receiving end of the shipment would off-load the product and destroy all of the packaging. While there is great talk about sustainability and the recycling of the shipping components, not all companies have perfected it, and still fewer have an established track record in presenting a true reusable solution. Please join us for a webinar on December 15th at 10am Eastern time where William will present his experience of working with pharma customers to reduce their shipping costs, reduce the waste associated with the disposal of shipping materials, and present a truly sustainable solution. In this session he will discuss:

During the course of the presentation, William will touch on the following topics:

  • Application area and the products most suitable for a reuse program.
  • Global tracking – the need to track before, during, and after the shipment.
  • The components make the difference – VIP / EPS / Refrigerant components
  • Savings & benefits – case study example
